Springtime in Columbus is so beautiful, and one of my favorite seasons for engagement sessions.
I met Allison during a tour of Winnie Couture Bridal Salon in Columbus, and we instantly became friends. Meeting fellow wedding vendors is always so fun, and exciting when it is your turn to plan your wedding and be the bride. Joy was illuminating all over her face talking about John, her fiance, and their December 2024 wedding.
Shortly after my tour of her salon, she emailed me to begin planning her engagement session, and I was so excited. I ask all of my couples how they met, and their story was so fun. They met at a local restaurant and the rest is history. John told Allison he would marry her the night they met, and sure enough 6 months later they were engaged. How cute!
They chose to have their engagement session in Old Town Columbus, and we had the most beautiful spring weather. The sunset was so beautiful, and can we talk about her beautiful green dress? I am in love! Old Town in Columbus has so many cute brick street and full of charm around every corner. One of my favorite characteristics of Old Town Columbus is the gorgeous southern homes and atmosphere. Everyone is so nice, welcoming and you truly feel at home.
I am so excited for their intimate wedding in Alabama this winter and for them to become husband and wife. I had the best time with Allison and John during their engagement session, and just know their wedding is going to be stunning!
