Hayley and Parker’s wedding was the epitome of Southern charm and timeless romance, unfolding across two of the most picturesque venues in Georgia — the serene Pierce Chapel and the historic Bibb Mill. From the heartfelt ceremony to the lively dance floor, their day was a perfect blend of tradition, elegance, and personality.
A Chapel Ceremony Full of Heart
Set against the quaint, ivy-clad backdrop of Pierce Chapel, located in Midland Georgia Hayley and Parker exchanged vows privately before their guests arrived. Their vows were filled with promises and excitement for the future. After they promised forever to each other, Hayley chose to have a first look with her dad, and it was a tear jerking moment for everyone. She is definitely a daddy’ girl.
Sunlight streamed through the chapel windows as family and friends gathered to witness a love that has clearly stood the test of time. The air was full of emotion — joy, laughter, and the occasional happy tear.
Hayley was breathtaking in a custom designed ballgown that combined classic southern elegance with modern flair. Parker looked equally dashing in a tailored made suit, made just for him — a nod to their shared love for details that tell a story. Every element of their attire spoke to their style and spirit as a couple, and was very elegant.
A Reception to Remember at The Bibb Mill
After the ceremony, guests were welcomed to The Bibb Mill, a venue located in Columbus Georgia, that perfectly encapsulates rustic grandeur. The historic mill, with its exposed brick, twinkling lights, and sweeping river views, set the stage for a reception full of warmth and wonder. From the outdoor spaces to the ballroom indoor, we had the best time at sunset during their bridal photos along the Chattahoochee River.
From the moment you walked in, it was clear that Hayley and Parker poured their hearts into every detail. The custom tailored, hand-selected to complement their palette of soft neutrals and dusty blues, gave the space an extra layer of personal charm. Florals were lush and beautiful giving off that perfectly undone Southern garden party feel.
Southern Traditions & Unforgettable Moments
One of the most delightful touches of the day? A nod to a beloved southern wedding tradition: burying a bottle of bourbon! A few weeks before the big day, the couple hid a bottle at the venue — said to ward off rain — and let’s just say, the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. Later, unearthing the bottle became a lighthearted, laughter-filled moment that had all of us laughing.
As the sun set, the dance floor came alive. Hayley and Parker curated a playlist that spanned the generations, with classics for the grandparents, sing-alongs for the parents, and late-night bangers for the bridal party. It was a night of dancing, storytelling, and celebration that no one wanted to end.
